This is my most frequented med-shop. I prefer this location over the Easthampton location, the staff have always made me feel comfortable and welcome here. Customer service gets 5 stars. Their flower is average, with occasional fire. Edibles are consistent. Room for improvement on the concentrates. Responsive management that seem to want to do the right thing after the fact, could be more proactive in my opinion but it’s still a new industry.
