Update: we've gone back since and been treated far better. I'm willing to admit every restaurant has an off- night. The wings and tacos we dined on our second trip were delicious, and service was fine. Raised the rating to four stars.
Arrived an hour and a half before closing time on a Saturday night. Sadly never got to try the food. We stood alone in the front of the restaurant while several serving staff ignored us, avoided eye contact, and fled to a serving monitor in the back of the room. After several minutes of complete silence and awkward stares at the front kiosk (near the sign that said we were to wait to be seated), and after being passed by multiple employees, we left.
